FurnitureMarketing.ai is a service operated by Wholesale Digital Network LLC. In this policy, WDN refers to our company. This policy explains how the Pinterest client portal handles information.

Information we handle

We process client portal identity and company information supplied through our authentication provider. When an authorized user connects Pinterest, Pinterest provides account identifiers, username, approved permissions, OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiration dates, and account-owned board information.

How Pinterest access works

You sign in to Pinterest directly and authorize the requested permissions through Pinterest OAuth. We do not receive or store your Pinterest password. Credentials are encrypted before storage and are used only on the server for the connected company.

How we use information

We use the information to connect and maintain the authorized Pinterest account, show its boards, verify access, support approved product functions, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and maintain an account-specific audit history.

Client separation and restricted uses

Each Pinterest connection is assigned to one company. We do not combine Pinterest client data across companies, use it for competitor benchmarking, sell it, use it for outside advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. We do not scrape Pinterest.

Publishing and approval

FurnitureMarketing.ai supports approval-first immediate and scheduled Pin publishing. We send the approved Pin content, image, destination link, and selected board to Pinterest only after the current version is approved by an authorized client administrator or assigned WDN operator and an authorized user separately chooses Publish Now or schedules it for publishing.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, and database infrastructure. They process data on our behalf under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Disconnecting Pinterest removes the stored OAuth connection and cached boards for that company. Limited security and audit records may be retained as reasonably necessary for compliance, dispute resolution, and protection of the service. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us using the address below.

Security

We use organizational access controls, server-only credentials, encrypted OAuth tokens, one-time authorization state, and account-specific database controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
